The LSM19 project express the desire to create something different on the market thanks to some aerodynamic solutions that make the body immediately recognizable due to its futuristic lines and a placement of the cab never seen before in this category.

The unconventional

We like to think differently and adopt aesthetic and aerodynamic solutions that deviate from the "standard", for this reason, inspired by the latest futuristic projects and concepts of the most important car manufacturers we have decided to create a body that encloses these innovative elements.

The forward placement of the cab is the element that identifies the design, giving the body not only a scenic and aesthetic detail different from the usual but also reflects on the performance on the track.

Developed for pure performance

During the design stage, the attention was focused not only on aesthetics but especially on the surfaces and forms designed to obtain the best possible performance.

The design has been adapted to meet the specs of the 1/12 Pan-car class, the introduction of a generous front split and the advanced cab increase the steering and the closing of the model close to the slow turns, the two side bulkheads placed in the mid body contain the air flow that flows more to the rear increasing stability and balancing the body as a whole.

Coming from Sweep Racing is their new EXP R3 PRO CARPET competition touring car tyre. Brand new tyre was developed with Mibosport cooperation for "ETS" spec carpet and use on popular Mibosport Cup series. Testing took place in several places in Europe and Asia, so thanks to all drivers and facilities for help to create new special carpet tyres. It was tested by different levels of Modified/Stock drivers headed by Mibosport driver Ronald Völker. Tyres use well-proven carpet 32 hardness rubber compound on new R3 profile. New profile will offer improved steering response and forward bite. The carcass now has a more round shape for better steering emphasis and the compounds will ensure more consistent lap times toward the end of a run. Complete new insert help also with long life of these tyres.

1:10 RC Super Avante (TD4) 4WD

De ontwerpers van Tamiya hebben het volgende rijplezier ontworpen, de 4WD offroad-buggy, de Super Avante!
Het lichaam komt in de vorm van een opnieuw ontworpen Avante. Het deelt zelfs de leuke achtervleugelnaam: "Being Nuts is Neat!" En de voorkant van het geheel nieuwe TD-4-chassis deelt een ontwerp voor de horizontale demperlay-out, vergelijkbaar met de originele Avante, behalve dat, deze keer, de voordempers zich onder de carrosserie bevinden. De stijlvolle body is ontworpen door Kota Nezu, die heeft bijgedragen aan een aantal populaire Tamiya-producten.

- 1/10 RC-montageset. Lengte: 338 mm, hoogte: 124 mm, breedte: 246 mm. Wielbasis: 283 mm.
- Body van polycarbonaat (geïnspireerd op de Tamiya-klassieker Avante) is ontworpen door de Japanse ontwerper Kota Nezu van Znug Design.
- Nieuw ontworpen 4WD-chassis met asaandrijving op basis van een monocoque frame uit één stuk. Het heeft dezelfde baldifferentiëlen voor voor en achter, en heeft een longitudinale batterijpositie in het midden en een midscheepse dwarsmotor voor een optimale balans en verbeterde prestaties.
- Het TD4-chassis maakt ook gebruik van een voorste binnenboordophanging, waardoor er geen voordemper nodig is en een slanke, onopvallende vorm biedt.
- Het vierwielige ophangsysteem met dubbele draagarm maakt gebruik van CVA-oliedempers voor leuke prestaties.
- Voorzien van volledige kogellagers.
- Twee verbindingsstangen en krukarm brengen de beweging van de linker servo over naar de driedelige stuurarmopstelling.
- Spanschroefassen voor gebruik met bovenarmen vergemakkelijken de aanpassing van de camberhoek.
- Star dish-wielen zijn gecombineerd met vierkante spike-banden die off-road goede grip bieden.
- Kies tussen hoge en lage vleugelsteunen om de neerwaartse kracht aan te passen aan het wegdek.
- Wordt geleverd met een bestuurdersfiguur voor extra realisme en een servo-saver met hoog koppel.

1:10 TA02SW Porsche Turbo RSR wit

Voor de 45ste jubileum van de Tamiya RC afdeling, komt er een heel speciaal op afstand bestuurbaar model uit Japan: een witte Porsche 934 (Turbo RSR) Vaillant. De klassieke sportwagen, die in 1976 door het Kremer Racing team werd gebruikt, zal in 2021 ook zijn 45e jubileum vieren.

Net als bij de Porsche 934 Turbo RSR Jägermeister uit 2016 is de basis voor het kitmodel het TA02SW-chassis, dat is voorzien van een korte wielbasis (236 mm) en tal van tuningonderdelen.

Tamiya-liefhebbers kunnen zich ook verheugen op een foto-geëtste jubileumbadge in de kit. The body Marker Kit it's a very usefull accessory that allow you to mark perfectly the lower cutting line of your On-road body shell, in particular Touring 1/10 and Pan-car 1/12.

The kit is made up of an ergal pen holder that depending on the position where you use it varies the floor height of the blade tip from 6mm up to 9mm.

In the video is illustrated the simple use of the kit, once inserted the marker in its place just enough to drag it to the bottom of the bodyshell to get a perfect cut mark that remains constant (from 6 to 9mm) across the perimeter.
